random programs opens

Weird problem going on, at random times this thing shows up on my windows bar then goes away. I ran adware and norton. Does anyone know what it could be? Thanks

use Ad-Aware SE, SpyBot Search and Destroy, and run the online virus scans from trend micro and panda..

Ran trend micro and adware and spybot, and got nothing. Does anyone else have any ideas? Thanks

Go to start, run, type msconfig, disable all startup items, reboot, run adaware and spybot, delete all folders on the c drive pertaining to an any popup or taskmanager process, delete your prefetch folder, reboot, then run your adaware programs once again.
