Program for deleting items found in Activescan log file

I have just run an online scan with panda activescan and it has detected a bunch of spyware and stuff that it won't remove. (online version only removes viruses) I'm wondering if there's some sort of program that you can load the activescan log file into that will take care of deleting the items so I won't have to search around for them all manually.

The reason I'm asking is because activescan found a bunch of stuff that spybot and adaware didn't. It seems to be more thorough but you have to remove the items manually.

I understand there's plenty of websites telling me what programs to use, etc. but I just thought there might be an easier way to use activescan results. Thanks.

I've never used an online antivirus or antispyware scanner. I've always just used Spybot and NOD32.
