Outlook is stripping away my attachments

Microsoft Outlook has removed potentially unsafe e-mail attachment(s) from this message:
(INSERT FILE NAME HERE).zip


Because computer viruses are commonly spread through files attached to e-mail messages, certain types of files will not be delivered to your mailbox. For more information, contact the person responsible for your network.

I am getting a little sick and tired of seeing this message. MS Outlook seems to strip any attachment that it feels that it's "potentially unsafe".

This gets really annoying when I know the source and I know that the file in not infected.

What do I need to change in outlook so I can stop doing that.
