OMG HELP!!! csrss.exe

This scares me guys.. It has been here a while and Avast hasn't cought anything..

How do I get rid of it without reformatting?

Ohh god thank goodness... It scared the crap out of me. I ran your spyware guide 4 times no joke. Thought I was going to have to reformat. If it's legit why is it listed as dangerous?
