Oh no 2 unremoveable spyware

Omg my sis just dled something from internet. And MY SPYBOT SEARCH AND DESTROY, keep scanned to spyware: avenue A, inc and double click. how do i remove them? when i remove them using spybot, then i scan again it came back again. plz help!!!!!!
