Thanks - I knew I should not have attempted to delete old video drivers

EDIT : well I think I fixed it. I thought I had done this already- but it apparently failed. Had to go to the system and security , device adapter, etc - which was not working , deleted it from this area, then downloaded new driver from Ati website, this time it loaded properly without error and then just had to reboot. However, if someone adept at reading these logs does see something i need to correct, please let me know.

I would run a registry cleaner like ccleaner then run rkill and combofix. This will fix most errors if any. I hope this info helps you along the way
