It is a good antivirus but it has a lot of work to do on the helpdesk side.

What do you mean helpdesk side...there IS NO HELP DESK!!!

Symantec limits the length during which interactive online and phone support services are available for a product line to the last two versions shipped and a maximum of 24 months after initial ship date for any given version.
