Norton 2003

Wondering is there even a point of me having norton 2003? Should i mize well uninstall it? And are these programs with nortan?

Liveupdate is with norton. I imagine Livereg is too.
Get AVG free, it is free and way better than norton.

I would say so. AVG does everything norton does and more for free.
Plus, it is never a good idea to have more than 1 AV on your computer at once.

I would recommend spybot and ad-aware together. They will never spot all the same things.
I would also use Hijack This every once in a while to see what might be added.

I usually use just tcpview and process explorer from sysyinternals.com to see what is running.
You can secure your computer with no AV or firewall if you pay enough attention to what is there.

I nice registry tool would be good too. One that will let you take a pic of your registry files and will let you know if anything changes.
