Norton

I have a question concerning Norton. I just bought the product and installed it and it tells me to restart so i restart and it says: Initializing Configuration Wizard. Please Wait.. and than it says Configuring Antivirus.. and than the window closes out!! Please Help!!!

hi iam not sure what the problem is but if you go here you will be able to get info on norton just choose yours Home & Home Office - Symantec Corp.

Sounds like you may have gotten a bad install which happens from time to time. Are you able to uninstall and reinstall again?

Agreed, you'll have to uninstall the software package and reinstall it. If you can't uninstall it you'll have to download the norton removal tool, use it to uninstall norton then try your install again.

While you've got it removed, go ahead and throw the CD in the trash and go get yourself AVG or Avast for $0. Better then Norton hands down.
