Need help deleting

I downloaded a patch for world of warcraft from lime wire, and now it wont delete. the only option is to open it, and to open it with a selected program. i went into the admin account to try and delete it, didnt work, i went into all the safe mode forms, didnt work.

is this a virus/trojan/or just a bad file? how the **** do i delete it?
if you can respawn asap, that would be awsome

i was deparate, and the patch would not dowload from the other sever

what the f*k? its a movie file .mpg
but i only put it on files not movies

Make sure the disk is not full or write- protected and that the file is not currently in use.

First download HijackThis 1.99.1 and install it to a perminant directory. Run HijackThis and open misc tools. Go to 'Delete file on reboot' and select the wow file. reboot when propted.

Then Run HijackThis and do a system scan and save a log file. Copy + Paste the contents on here.

what do you mean by "perminant directory" ?

like in a system folder? or what?
