I use ClamWin (I think thats what you mean as ClamAV is the scan engine) as a second non-on-access scanner. IMO I think people haven't really heard or tried it but I think it is a very good scanner. Although its scan times are very long, it because it does it properly. A nice thing you can do is set it up on a usb stick and scan other computers without ClamWin installed. It should be noted that an on-access scanner will be released in the future, but it seems because of peoples requests it will be easy to turn off.
