I bought the computer I have now from someone not a vendor. The windows OS is not real and Im not sure if that adds to the problem or not. I believe that I was hacked and viruses loaded onto my computer. Now Im not very computer smart. Im an average user Id say. I was able to get rid of most of the crap put on here with antivirus programs although it took more then four before I was able to get it back to operating correctly. I now have Avira Antivir Personal Free edition. Although my computer is running ok now Im still getting warnings that i have a trojan in my system volume and system32 with a bunch of other stuff behind that
One of the trojans says TR/Dldr.mutant.agh
The other one says TR/crypt.XDR.gen Trojan
I cant get rid of them and it is causing my computer to slow way down and freeze up at times.
What can I do if the antivirus will not fix how can I????????
