Having 3 AVs running simultaneously may not be a wise thing to do as they can conflict with each other as to what decisions to make when an infection is found or even recognize each other as threats.

@OP, would suggest checking the link KSoD posted. I use Microsoft Security Essentials, works pretty good, must say.

use the Kaspersky Anti-Virus. One of the most popular and oldest anti-virus.

Microsoft Security Essentials with Malwarebytes running scans every week or so.

A good free antivirus, is Microsoft essentials, a bit slower to scan than other free versions,
but Microsoft have a good reason to supply a decent product for their own software.
