Malwarebyte's result...do I just click remove selected?

Just one says Registry value, aren't they...bad to remove or something? I really have no idea. Just did a scan with malwarebytes as I hadn't done one for a while, found two things(same malware). Cheers for any answers.

Oddly I googled this malware, it states I should be seeing pop-ups, false virus scan results, adverts on my computer to buy their software(which is obviously malware too) etc, I've seen nothing at all, I only did the scan as I hadn't used malwarebytes for a while...

Yes, just click 'remove selected'.

As carnage said just click remove. I know there are a lot of topics about in regards to the fragmentation of the Registry from removing entries. But in this case, it is better to fragment your Registry a little bit and remove a harmful entry than it is to leave it there to continue to infect your machine.
