Lots of spyware?

Got on the computer today, and went to play WoW, and noticed alot of lag, so i restarted, and still same lag. Checked the task manager and it was full with w/e it is in the screenshot. It made my cpu usage shoot from around 15 to 75-100. Any help?

I also ran spybot S&D and Adaware SE alrdy.

load hijackthis! the link is in my Free Security Software (in my sig) look for HijackThis! and add the log here, we'll look thru it for u, and also Start, Run, type msconfig in the prompt box and click on the startup tab and tell us everything that is on that list, or look it up urself here:
