Is this a legit process...

McAfee says I have a potentially unwanted program that is listed (by McAfee) as a PrcViewer. The path is C:\WINDOWS\system32\Process.exe
Should I remove this? It doesn't seem very specific as to what it is.
I am currently performing a full scan as I encountered this after a quick scan. I will then run the HijackThis software (if needed) and post the log in the appropriate forum which I probably will regardless as I have my own CPU usage issues...
