I have this process running and i cant find out how to get rid of it, i have Mcafee Virus scan but its not finding anything. if anyone knows how to remove this i would appreaciat it alot, this thing is bugging me alot and im new at this. and i cant see my Windows System32 folder no more, its gone. please help!

Download Stinger and AVG, Disable Mcafee during installation and scans.

Run Stinger then AVG. If that doesn't get ride of it, download hijackthis run Scan and post log in appropriate Section.
