KIS 2009 scan question

Anyone heard of these files?

- C:\Users\All Users\{0E8E33D8-193A-414A-A909-0F101A142D26}\mia.lib

Kaspersky 2009 is detected them under a full scan as moderately dangerous. False positive?

I updated the 7-zip like it recommended to do and I don't plan any games so I know it is not that. I then ran a scan again and still get the same results. Any ideas as to what I can do now? thanks for any help. I appreciate it.
