Hello,

Have you tried using the BitDefender uninstall tool?

How to uninstall BitDefender

If the BitDefender uninstall tool doesn't work, try re-installing BitDefender, then use the uninstall tool.

YES i DID IT THAT WAY. It seems to not work so I did system restore, then used Z soft because it seems to be a good program.

Oh , when I removed it at first my computor still said I have bitdefender as my virus program. And that was after a re boot

Z soft gets stuck removing BD when it reads stopping services. How about if I remove it using BD removel and then go to the c drive find the folder and delete it. You know how folders always stay in the program area.

Oh , I see what you mean. Download a tool. I see it now, let me try that.
