What should I do with them. Here are my options "Neutralize it, Disinfect all or Quarantine all" What is the best option to use for each separate one?

I would do disinfect all. It'll tell you if it failed or needs a reboot or something.

Once everything looks good reboot your computer a few times and do another scan to make sure nothing repopulated again.
