Just download AVAST

Used to us AVG and zonealarm but heard good things about avast and wanted to give it a try, so i installed it and it wouldnt run with zonealarm(as expected) so i uninstalled ZL and then turned on windows firewall agian.

So now ive got AVG anti virus AND avast, is this ok to do? they wont conflict and render each other useless!?

Went into windows security centre in control panel it says dectected more than one anti virus programme blah blah blah! but it doesnt say theres a problem so i guess its ok?

It shouldn't, I have them both on my friends computer and I've never had any problems with either one.

well after half hour of downloading avast ive deleted it!!
Just couldnt get on with it, not set out very well and i found myself hovering the mouse over all the buttons and waiting for a message to tell me what they did, it was annoying me!
AVG is way easier

I use AVG, it's awesome.

AVG still has a clunky interface but considering their both free cant really complain.
