I have juno dial up now all of a sudden the screen doesnt go away its says you are logged on usually that dissapears so when i start up i have to double click IE to get online im on the IE just fine but have to keep moving this screen around thats frozen what can i do i think it has something to do with the modem cause now i have no sound

also it seems i try to delete the juno program in add./remove and it says cant remove on administrator and only limited right now i am the computer administrator so i just dont understand and i ran a scan i have no viruses so i dont know whats up experts plz help

does anyone know about this why all of sudden screen wont go away i cant even delete this program
