I'm being Ravaged by something unseen...Help me please!

Man this is frustrating! Before I get on to my woes I'd like to say hi to everyone on this forum again. It's been a long time since I've gone here and posted. No on to the point.

I KNOW im being ravaged by something but I don't know what. The problem is that about every 3 seconds my computer "Lags." When I say lag it means my cursor stops moving and skips. It's like playing COD4 on a dial up modem...Second when I try to play a music file the files Skip as if I were playing the track on a bad CD player. It takes AGES for me to open up windows and as we are speaking I am experiencing some major lag.

I've tried EVERYTHING. From AVG (Which I had before), Counter Spy, Adware-SE and CCleaner and finally Ultimate Defrag. Nothing works. Infact I think it had gotten worse!

I think it started when i got this suspicious message that there was a "trojan" in my system and to click OK to remove it. It wasn't an alert form AVG or any of my other anti-stuff. I X'ed the windows that kept prompting me. odd thing is that they only popped up when I opened Files or Folders in documents and such. Then out of nowhere it seemed, my windows began to freeze then these mutiple pop ups came like process could not be completed or something (sorry clicked ok to all of em without reading it throughly) then my major lag issue began.

As of now I've downloaded and am following osiris's removal guide thingy. I'll post the new hijack this when i finish. here's a hijack this i took a few moments ago.

I'd also try to boot into safe mode and run the AVG, Spybot, and Ad-aware scans then. Sometimes there are infections that will not show up when booted up normally.

everythings going great but i've run into a problem with trojan remover. everytime i start it up and i press SCAN the window closes then i wait for a few minutews...nothing happens. i clikc on the shortcut again and it says an instance is running....but i don't see it scanning....any ideas as to whats wrong here? also update on my situation. AVG ran into a trojan named "Trojan Horse PSW.GENERIC5.AFPI" It was in a couple of keygens in my documents.

Just a bit of lag when i move the cursor now....dunno the cleanups and stuff made my comp faster but the cursor is still acting buggy....also haven't tried to play music yet but i'll see how it goes....anyways thanks for the replies guys. Additional help would be great!

not only did AVG heal it i asked AVG to delete it permanently

I want this thing DEAD.

EDIT: Reinstalled Trojan Remover and STILL when i click any type of scan, it just dissapears but runs int he backround.....whats happening?

it's ok now. still a bit more lag than i would like but probably not because of software. my drive may be crapping out on me or worse...my CPU is going to blow up or melt oh wells. thanks for the help osiris.
