I think I've been hacked! Pls help me! Urgently!

Hi Techies,
I think there's someones just using my Exchange Server to be a spam server. I have checked in the Queue list, the there's a lot strange address appeared in my list, and they increased more and more over time! They all sending email continously, so my email server always in busy and could not work! Pls, help me urgently! How can I get rid of those? Help!

Not yet performed any scan action. I guess it might be some virus or somethings. Should I scan in safe mode? Any Anti-virus suggestions?
