and also, sygate keeps popping up this message and i dont know what it is. An Application named NDIS User mode I/O Driver(file name ndisuio.sys) has been blocked from accessing the network.

Double click the Sygate icon in the tray and click applications button. Scroll down to NDIS User mode I/O Driver and make sure it has a tick next to it.
