I ddeleted a file i need!

I ran my anti-virus then i really deid not look at the infected files ( which i now regret!) i did notice one said something about sounds but i dident really look at it, i then deleted the files. When i play videos no sounds comes out. i cllick a song on Itunes and nothing playes it sayd i have no sounds drivers or somthing like that! please help me!

just reinstall the drivers from the cd or manufactures website

I dont have any CD to do it with, and what websight should i reinstall the drivers from?
