I can open things for about 30 seconds then freezes

Once i turn on my computer and log on i can open things for about 30 seconds and i can't opoen Ctrl Alt Del. Safemode works i dont know what this is or how to fix it please help fast!

First go into the BIOS and look under pc health monitor or something like power management and see if you can find the CPU temp make sure its not overheating.
