How to update malwarebytes using the tab update page?

Ok, well i have AV8 infecting my laptop so i'm using malwarebytes to remove it. So already i've booted it up into safe mode; ran malwarebytes doing a full scan of my hdd; it came up with 7 infected documents/programs which i removed; so i've rebooted into main windows and now i need to update malwarebytes using the tab update page? Anyone know how to do this? Sorry, i think it's quite an obvious answer, i just can't think of how to do it.

If you under the Update Tab all you have to do is click the button for Check for Updates.
