ok download killbox:

then when you open it in the white text field put:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\npguvviz.exe

check the box saying delete on reboot and then click the white and red X next too the white text field it should reboot your computer allow it too do so. Then when it logs back in go to your system32 folder and see if C:\WINDOWS\system32\npguvviz.exe is still ther.

Seems to have gone now. when i type it in "run" it says windows cannot find it

ok so its not in your system32 folder either when you looked?

disable!! your system restore your trojan could be in there still.
hopefully its gone make sure too rerun all your virus software etc

nope its not in system 32 anymore
i have turned system restore off now should i leave it off??
am running them now

Up too you if you turn it back on create a fresh restore point. It will be fine, its just if you happen to get a trojan or virus they can be stored in a restore point so will always infect your system. Although now you have turned it off any previous restore points would have been deleted along with any trojans so its ok to turn it back on. Let us know if AVG or norton find anything, although I must say dont use too many anti viruses at startup can slow your computer down.
