Help with Trojan-Spy.Win32.VBStat.h

I already use NOD32 OR AOL but does not seem to detect and remove the cause, it only keeps informing me that Trojan-Spy.Win32.VBStat.h was found in my temp folder - C:\Documents and Settings\TDG1234\Local Settings\Temp and ask me if I want to delete this, which I do). My web browser is opening up to various advertising pages.I don't seem to be able to get rid of the bug.I also use other spyware,e.g:Spyware Doctor or Spybot - Search & Destroy.
