help needed with 2 things

that is the only outa place thing in my hijack this log that repeatedly feels like returning, well i look up the appyf.exe file and 1 of the files says it was in use and then i get this > javani32.dll...... it keeps trying to install but my block wont allow so what can i do about these?

ok sorry about this double post but i got the ddl things fixed all i need help with now is a way to erase that other running application , any help would b nice
