help got stuff cant get rid of

I was on some site and downloaded something by mistake...all the pop ups came and I thought I clicked no but I guess I clicked yes and now I get pop ups all the time I never used to have this problem.

I also have this damn ISEARCH and HOTSEATCH BAR.com both as toolbars. I deleted the programs in control panels...but they are still there and when I right click to get them off the reappear later. Please help Im a noob and frustrated. Thanks in advance.

ok great I got the pop ups to stop and got the toolbars off my computer...BUT now when I go to open my mail it says I have to enter a password for the main identity. I dont know the password...and everything I have tried doesnt work....so now I cant access my hotmail account with my mail button.....*SIGH* anyonone know how I botched that and how I can get back in without creating a new identity? thanks
