have doubt with norton

hi,

i have a problem. I have got a customer of mine having error 3019,6 with nis 2005 antispyware edition of norton. I have provided all possible solutions for that the issue persists. The customer has asked me for more ideas and now it is my job to find the solution. if any one knows any of the reasons for this please tell me. all sorts of opinion are invited.

This error is not with nis 2005 edition only with antispyware he is having this.

it is only 3019,6 now the case has been escalated so i am not dealing that case any more but if any one is having any suggestrion please provide it.
