According to the Department of Justice, one of the biggest spammers in the U.S. is on his way to prison for more than four years. Don't feel bad for him though, his son-in-law will be keeping him company.
Alan Ralsky, 64, of West Bloomfield, Michigan, was sentenced to 51 months in prison in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, according a statement from the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ). Ralsky pleaded guilty in June to conspiring to commit wire fraud, mail fraud and violating the CAN-SPAM act.
