Default Generic Host Process for Win32

Hello,

I had this problem about 4 months ago, used absolute start up and disbaled windows update and the problem went away. I knew i didnt fix it but it was a quick fix for the moment. I went about going through the guide to what programs you recommended to dl and use. Ran everything in the order and even downloaded some fixes from microsoft that said can fix my issue. Alas here i am still trying to figure out how to fix this. It still comes up and i have no clue what else to do...

szAppName : svchost.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2180 szModName : wuaueng.dll
szModVer : 7.0.6000.381

I refuse to give up on this and atm im also working on a brand new build where the mb i believe is fried. I love life.

wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction.
thnx again.
