New to computers, need help. Every time i run Spy Bot, it shows 3 fun web products, but cant remove them. Have uninstalled Smiley Central, Incredimail and My Way Web Search Assistant, and they still show up. How do I find where they are, and remove them once anf for all. Can anyone help?

First of all, DOwnload Ad-Aware, and Microsoft Anti-Spyware. Don't run them all at the same time. Scan with them all, and "fix" them. Reboot your machine and try again.

Microsoft's Anti-Spyware? That's been 100% useless to me and other's, if it is run after ad-aware...

But ad-aware is good, and you can always do some stuff manually...
-check your start>programs>Startup folder, delete junk there
-start> run and type 'msconfig', and look over both the services and startup tabs. you can uncheck any related to that stuff... and track it down as to where it's at by the "Location"--if it shows HKLM\, you'll have to look in the registry to delete the key and find the linked files...

Hmm! Aren't computers great Life would be so boring otherwise.

Remember to run all your anti-malware software (like AdAware and your AV) in safe mode.

Downloaded newest Spy Bot Search & Destroy (1.4 version) ran it, and it found and removed all the Fun Web Product crap.
