frmwrk32.exe virus, please help!

Hi,just as the post says, I downloaded the frmwrk32.exe file about an hour ago by accident. I knew immediately that the file I had was infected so I disconnected my internet and attempted to scan my computer. The scan failed to remove the virus. I know my way around computer pretty well but I REALLY need some help on this one. Could somebody just walk me through the steps of fixing this? again, I'm very computer literate it's just that fixing this seems to be a complex process. Thanks in advance for any help!

Again, what I'm looking for is somebody to walk me through the process; I'm well aware that I will need to download software and create logs of all of this etc I'm just not smart enough with programming to be able to do it on my own.

Download combofix and malwarebytes, run them and post their logs. Then post a hijackthis log. Programs can be found in my guide below
