No, Microsoft does not offer a free one. You could download Antivir, AVG, or Avast to be your protection and used to run regular scans. Of course, I suggest you go to the bitdefender main site or kaspersky main site and run the online scans once in awhile. They have high detection rates and are very effective. Don't depend on free antivirus software to keep you virus-free.
