Firefox immunity from Spybot?

I have been a Firefox user for along time now but a big problem is on Spybot's immunity. When I immuninise I see that the bas sites and IP's are added to IE's blocked list. Is there some way of me being able to have Firefox immune as well? Or at least a Block list in Firefox?

i think it can b done by clicking on the tools tab followed by options at the last...

in options go on to content and set ur preferences...

No, it doesn't work. I know that there is a cookie blocker in prefrences but that doesnt block the website.
