Files and Folder Sharing

hi...
i have a few applications i saved in my flash drive 128MB
Now i have to lend it to a friend of mine but i want to know whether is there a software which i can download and fix to that folder so that he cannot copy,delete or modify it?
because i have to keep it in my flash drive...any possible way?
pls don't ask me to transfer to my computer...any other way or software???

What you can do is obtain a flash drive that contains encryption software, which will prevent anybody from viewing/editing/etc. your data. I know a good quality flash drive will include this software on the drive when you purchase it... If you happen to have a SanDisk this might be what you need.
