A few issues. Help please.

Hey guys. I'll cut to the chase. I am fixing a friends computer and there are few things I can't figure out and I am hoping you can give us some help. First thing is, every time my friend logs into facebook or internet banking, it comes with a page saying security certificate error. it has two buttons one saying continue to the next page and one saying go back. My initial thought was maybe it just cause their security setting is on medium. Second thing is that i went to go and install an anti-spyware program and it said that it couldn't complete the install due to "unable to roll out userappdata". I even put the computer in safe mode and tried re-installing it. Any ideas on either would be grand guys.

What spyware program?

Download and run malwarebytes and then run hijackthis and post both logs.

Thats the program I tried installing. At first I just threw it on a thumb drive but it wouldn't install. So then I downloaded it as well and it still wouldn't install.
