Error: C:\Users\<username>\ntload.dll on every windows startup.. Please Help..?

i tried to delete the dll file but it keeps on coming back. i tried all antispyware programs they just could not locate the problem and the error keeps on popping up after every startup. I have searched everywhere for the solution. it just keeps on trying to load this weird dll file. My O.S is Vista.
please help.
