Do I need anymore Virus/Adware/Spyware programs?

Alright heres what I'm using currently.

-Adware SE Personal
-Norton all in one " I know teach me how to get rid of it and it's gone in seconds".
-CCleaner
-Spybot S+D
-RegDoctor
-Spyware Blaster
-Hijack This

Any others do I need/replace with one I already have.

Or anything you would recommend me using?

I don't know how to get rid of it off my computer I have tried now and I'm stuck.

I don't even bother going to the control panel with Norton products anymore to uninstall it even... Sometimes it messes up and doesn't get everything, then I end up having to uninstall multiple components. Just go get my flash drive with the handy Norton Removal Tool on it =D.

Spyware Blaster
CCleaner

Haven't gotten a virus in idk how long...of course that's also thanks to the fact that I don't go onto questionable sites xD...and if I do go onto a shady looking site, I use FF with No-Script extension to go there, as opposed to my normally-used IE7.
