deluxe comunications what do I do?

It's just spyware but nothing I do can get rid of. I even tried deleting the registry values. it's keeping spy catcher from running I have to manually start it and even then some things on my desk top vanish.

What do I do to get rid of this menace?

When ever I get a pop up because of it it crashes Firefox

EVERY DAY I have some spyware problem I don't want to start a thread on it.

Nothing I do seems to get rid of them

Yeah Spy Catacher and my system don't get along.

I managed to keep the Deluxe communications from running just by uninstalling it.

I have AVG Anti Spyware running now. and it's not slowing down my system or making things hard to open or removing things from my desktop like Spy Catcher did.

But this spyware stuff is VERY frustrating every few days I'm finding things.
