About a month ago, my computer started acting up to the point it froze everytime i turned it on, i had to do a system restore and did all that and i got it working properly again, but just today it started doing the same stuff it did right before it got messed up. I tried to ctrl+alt+delete to end a program that wasnt responding and it didnt do anything so i ended up having to restart through the start menu, i tried ctrl+alt+delete again just to see if the program thing would pop up like it should and its not,has anyone ever heard of this happening? Or know whats wrong?
