Ok my computer has been running a bit TOO slowly today, like all applications take 1 - 2 minutes to open, and When i tried to run Norton, i didnt even open, and neither Did Spybot.
I removed Fire from my comp, but does that take off that infex.b worm?
Or, is there anything else causing this?

If it not noramally like that then best check for processes using too much memory or processor. Also check the startup programs, if it is a virus it will hook the startup, simplest way is by going for run reg key. If you think it's serious, startup in safe mode, and do the rooting around then. Post a Hijack log, and maybe more info.
