Coolwebsearch removal or something

Hi, i'm having a problem, and i think it is with coolweb search. whenever i get on the internet, my home page changes to res://liaku.dll/index.html#28129
I changed it back, got on and it was what i had changed it back to, but then when i get on again, it is back to res://liaku.dll/index.html#28129
When i looked in the cookies i had seen coolwebsearch so i think it might be linked. I used a program called HijackThis and i have a log file to maybe help you help me, here it is...

Oooh, trojans are a pain in the neck. Do a system restore to a time before you got the virus, then do a full system scan with your AV program.

Yeah, it seems like that worked, but it didn't, i went to the internet andit came up as google like about:buster set it to, but when i did it again, my home page came up as res://liaku.dll/index.html#28129
again.
Right before your replies i was looking at http://www.pchell.com/support/onlythebest.shtml
and it seems to have the answers, and i was just about to commence with the fix when i got the replies here, so i am waiting to see what else people will say
 
that says what im doing they are using about buster too

some times it takes a few tries

fix this with hjt

Ok, they may be using about:buster, but you must read the whole fix, and i just did it and it worked flawlessly
I recommend www.pchell.com
Read the whole thing about this res:random
It is a new type of coolwebsearch that will keep coming back, about:buster is only part of it, if you find any others who have the same problem please recommend www.pchell.com because it worked first try and gave very indepth instructions on how to fix my problem.
