Computer keeps on restarting

everytime i use my computer and its connected to the net wirelessly and securely, there was no problem...after a few months, the computer keeps restarting without any warning or anything...it restarts after a while of using the computer...what is the cause?

PS: I also run msn messenger version 7.5 everytime i go to the net

don't give me rubbish...i've been using it since it came out...

ah well the computer has corrupted
one morning i switched in the computer to find that it restas without event gind to the log in page. th prob was not with the comuter...half of the prob was main switch. ther was a loose connection that made it restart whenever it moves
bcauz of that my computer system corrupted.
ah well. part of it was bcauz of a few viruses.
my norton anti virus did not do the job.
so i now have no antivirus softwares, etc.


anyone know a good software which protects ur computer really?
