Can't surf the Internet after 20 min

Hi,
don't know what to do.
Scanned wuth Kaspervsky, AVG Anti Spyware, now running spybot, don't find what's wrong.

I connect to internet through a DSL modem, serf the net for a while (about 20-30 min) and then sloowly (as I see my Bitcomet losses download speed) and my IE load pages really slow I can't see any Internet sites or connect to ICQ.

It still says I'm connect to my ISP, but I can't surf.
Trying disconnect and reconnect doesn't solve the problem.
I've checked my modem amd with my ISP, it's not their problem.
I'm lost.

Can someone help? I can post hijackthis log file, but I don't understand it.

It really anoying. And the only thing that helps is restart.

Stil have it.
And nothing seems to help. The only thing I didn't do is a new instalation of Windows. I begin to think - I will do this.

Checked the network card, the modem, scanned for viruses - nothing, firewall, spywares.

This's so strange. Like something blocks me and only restart helps.

When I run BitComet or Emule - about 20-40 min after the start - the whole Internet stops working, including the share progs.

Run plenty of online scanners (in the time you get hehe) , and run Ad-Adware
Post a log for us

Hi all,
I gave up.
Scanned and checked - nothing.

So, I reinstalled Windows XP and for now, tfu tfu tfu - every thing is working as a charm.
