Can't sign into usernames and email address

Hi,


I need some help with my computer. Recently my computers been acting up ( not working in normal mode only in safemode).

well, when I try to log into my email account, I get the message:

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

I also get this when I try to sign into usernames and the like. I can't register with anything either. I get the same screen.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please help.
